Go in Peace is a Substack publication of the National Catholic Broadcasting Council (NCBC), and named after the words of dismissal at the end of the Catholic Mass: ‘Go in peace, glorifying the Lord by your life.’
This Substack is an invitation to reflect more deeply on how the grace we receive at Mass is carried into daily life — into our homes, our work, our relationships, our questions, and our hopes. It is not a replacement for the Mass, nor a commentary on it, but a space for thoughtful Catholic reflection on what it means to live the Gospel beyond the altar.
This space is offered freely and openly. It is rooted in the Catholic tradition and guided by pastoral sensitivity, with room for wonder, reflection, and respectful conversation.
